30 minutes to get from National Cathedral to restaurant "DelMar" (venues are about 6 miles apart from each other)

The 4 shooting stations will consist of 4 model couples:
1) Couple in full wedding gown (white dress) Moodboard is here
2) Styled engagement session with the champagne toast Moodboard is here
3) Couple in full wedding gowns (floral dress) in the Bishop's Garden Moodboard is here
4) Casual wedding (short wedding dress) with the white Vespa scooter Moodboard is here
All brides will have a bouquet. Moodboard is here
*Only 3 photographers per group, rotating through 4 stations every 30 minutes.
The total time you spend with each couple is 60 minutes. The total time you will be on the property is about 4 hours.
**There will never be more than 12 photographers on site at a time.

Moodboards
The classically elegant all-white, sage, and olive green mood board will serve as the theme throughout all the styled shoots.
1) Couple in full wedding gown (white dress): This station will feature a classic royal look with an elegant white dress, long train, and long veil, located at the All Souls Memorial Garden.
2) Styled engagement session with the champagne toast in the Bishop's Garden.
3) Couple in full wedding gowns (floral dress) in the Bishop's Garden.
4) Casual wedding with the white/cream Vespa scooter in front of the Cathedral and near the Entrance to the Bishop's garden. The bride is wearing a short dress.
5) Tablescape, flatlays, cake at the restaurant DelMar (only details, no models here). We call this "Rehearsal-like dinner"
6)Couple in full wedding gown (white dress): Another classic royal look with an elegant white dress, long train, and long veil, located in front of the DAR.
7) Couple in full wedding gowns (floral dress) outside on the Portico at the DAR next to the tablescape, patio overlooking the Washington Monument.
8) Bride only (green dress).
9) Flatlays, tablescape, cake, champagne tower located outside on the Portico at the DAR.
We will feature gorgeous couples, a balanced mix of professional models and real couples, professional hair and makeup artists, an amazing wedding planner and florist, absolutely stunning designer gowns and tuxedos, a white Vespa scooter, gorgeous accessories, and luxurious details.

Tickets
Early Bird ticket: $1250 (Before May 1st, 2024)
Regular ticket: $1500 (May 2nd-May 10th, 2024)
Last minute: $1750 (May 11th-May15th, 2024)
Buy ordering a ticket you agree with these terms and conditions: All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else for the same event. Tickets cannot be used as credit towards another event and are only valid for the exact date, time, and location listed.
Covid-19
There is an inherent risk of COVID-19 in any place where people are present. By attending, working, or being present at this Styled Shoots Across America event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We will follow all government guidelines and take enhanced precautions to ensure your health and safety, such as providing masks and hand sanitizer, checking temperatures at the door, etc.
Should the local government close down the state or not allow gatherings during the days of this event, the shoot crawl will be rescheduled, and all ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a refund.

• Each venue is conveniently located 10-20 minutes from Reagan Airport, Washington D.C.'
• Please note, there is no designated parking at the venue. Street parking and nearby garages are available, as well as Uber, Lyft, and metro options for transportation; We are working on organizing the transfer, that will drive all of us from location to location, once we'll finalize it I will update this page
• Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same event.

We are offering a payment schedule! To reserve your spot, pay the first half when you register and the second half by May 5th. All payments must be made in full after May 5th.
